How do I sign in? Enter your phone number and your 4-digit PIN. If you forgot your PIN, tap "Forgot PIN" and follow the verification steps.
How do I skip a delivery? Open Profile → My orders → select your subscription → tap the delivery day → "Skip". The skipped delivery is added to the end of your plan. Deliveries can be skipped up to the day before.
How do I pay? Payments are made via QPay using any Mongolian bank app or QR code. Your order is activated once payment is confirmed.
Where do you deliver? We currently deliver in Ulaanbaatar.
